When you place an order we collect your name, email address, delivery and billing address, phone number if you give one, and the items in your order. Payment card details are entered directly with our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.

We also collect basic technical information — browser type, device, pages viewed — to keep the store working and understand what people look at.

To take payment, ship your order, handle returns, answer your messages, prevent fraud, and meet our tax and accounting obligations. If you opt in, we use your email to send you product news. You can unsubscribe from any email.

Our store platform and payment processor (Shopify and its payment partners), our order-fulfilment partners, delivery carriers, and email provider. Each only receives what it needs to do its job. We do not sell your personal information.

The store uses cookies to keep your bag, remember your session at checkout, and measure traffic. You can block cookies in your browser, but the bag and checkout may stop working.

We use Google Ads measurement cookies to count visits and purchases that come from our advertising, so we can see which ads work. Google receives page and purchase events for this purpose; see how Google handles this data. Visitors in regions that require consent (including the EEA, UK, Switzerland and Quebec) are asked first through our cookie banner, and measurement only runs in full if you accept. Order records are kept for as long as tax and consumer law requires, usually several years. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email hello@lumiereskin.us and we will respond within 30 days.

This store is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
