By browsing this store or placing an order you agree to these terms. They are between you and an individual sole proprietor trading as Lumière Skin (referred to as “Lumière Skin,” “we,” or “us”).

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send your shipping confirmation. We may decline an order — for example if an item is out of stock, a price was listed incorrectly, or we cannot ship to your address — and will refund you in full if that happens.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change at any time before you order. Taxes and duties are calculated at checkout or charged on delivery depending on your country. Payment is taken at checkout by our payment processor.

We describe every product as accurately as we can. Photography, packaging and formula batch variation mean the item you receive may look slightly different from the images on screen.

If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your login details private and for activity carried out under your account.

Do not resell our products as your own, copy our text or images, interfere with the store, or attempt to access parts of it that are not public.

Nothing here limits liability we cannot limit by law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United States and the state in which the business is established, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection that applies where you live.
